These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Pokegem service operated by Reqsus (KvK: 76769712).

2. Service Description

Pokegem is a subscription-based software service that uses artificial intelligence to detect and identify Pokemon cards listed on Marktplaats.nl, provides price recommendations, and organizes data in Google Sheets.

3. Subscription and Payment

- Basic Plan: €50/month with daily updates
- Pro Plan: €100/month with hourly updates
- Payments are processed monthly in advance
- All prices exclude VAT where applicable

4. User Responsibilities

Users must: - Provide accurate account information - Use the service in compliance with applicable laws - Not reverse engineer or attempt to replicate the service - Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Pokegem are owned by Reqsus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pokegem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reqsus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the service will cease at the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
